City College Norwich
As NTTC is part of City College Norwich, we have experts in a range of teams that support us to plan an excellent training experience. We plan and deliver sessions in conjunction with Library Services, the Wellbeing Team and the Safeguarding Team.
We also use sports and forest-school facilities to provide training linked to the National Curriculum and enrichment sessions for primary trainees.
We can offer a Sixth Form College enrichment visit to Paston Sixth Form College, our campus in North Walsham. Where it is suitable we offer placements in City College Norwich departments and have recently offered placements in the geography and science departments at Paston Sixth Form College, the GCSE mathematics, engineering and catering departments at City College Norwich and the sports department at Easton College.
We work closely with City College Norwich Higher Education programme Lecturers and Careers Advisers to support degree students to plan how to get into teaching. Lastly, a number of graduates of NTTC’s training programme work or have worked across City College Norwich departments, including the English and mathematics GCSE department, engineering, business, adult learning and performing arts.
